VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
We could not exist without the many volunteers who help us produce our festival each year. When you volunteer for Stamped Film Festival you will have fun, meet new people, support a fabulous non-profit LGBTQ arts event, and have an opportunity to become a VIP.
Listed below you fill find upcoming opportunities to volunteer at our festival. If you volunteer for 8 or more hours you will be granted a VIP/Friend of the Fest membership for the upcoming calendar year.

Stamped Volunteer Guide
Craft Services
Assist our catering partners with serving hors des d'oeuvres and beverages during the our annual VIP mixer and various events throughout the year. Industry experience preferred; needs vary based on event.
Theatre Usher
Responsible for welcoming attendees into the auditorium, distributing programs, locating seating as needed, and providing useful venue-specific information (e.g. where to enter/exit during a screening, location of restrooms, etc)
Ticketing Agent
Greets attendees as they arrive at the venue, checks in, or registers individuals using a tablet or mobile device. Assists with any technical troubleshooting and aids the nightly headcounts to ensure accurate attendance numbers.
Vendor Coordinator
Ensures our local vendors are equipped with everything needed to set up and run their booths successfully. Works alongside an Experience Committee Member. Encourages attendees to visit the booths and engage with our vendors.
